RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the Products within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

• The Products to be returned must be intact, in their original packaging and with all their tags and labels.
• Returns of products that have been used or opened are not accepted.
• Return costs are borne by the customer.

Return Process:

To return a Product, you must follow the steps below:

1. Contact the Company at info@ohmyskinofficial.gr, or at +30 210 968 1033 or via the contact form .
2. Package the product(s) to be returned together with the proof of purchase.
3. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
4. Ship the Products to the following address:

Once we have received the Products and checked that they meet the return conditions, we will refund you within 14 days.

Exception:

Returns are not accepted for the following Products:

• Products that have been used
• Products made to order
• Products missing labels or tags
